About
Good Shepherd Lutheran Church is a young congregation, formed in January 2006. We are defined by what we believe; and what we believe is God’s word, given to us by the prophets and apostles of the Old and New Testaments. We accept without reservation these Scriptures as the written Word of God and the rule by which our faith and practice is to be measured. The central teaching of the Bible is God’s work in Jesus Christ for the salvation of mankind.
As Lutherans, what we believe, teach, and confess from God’s Word has been clearly documented for more than 400 years in The Book of Concord. We accept this confession of the Evangelical Lutheran Church as our own confession of faith.
Good Shepherd Lutheran Church meets at the Seventh-day Adventist Church, 2518 Savannah Highway, Charleston, SC 29414.
The Church holds Divine Service every Sunday at 9:30 a.m. followed by Sunday School and Adult Bible Study at 10:50 a.m.
